Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups wholemeal spelt flour
1/3 cup Cacao Powder or cocoa
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
1 cup packed with grated zucchini
3/4 cup coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp
creamed coconut
coconut oil or almond butter can be used instead of creamed coocnut. The consistency may change
a little.
2/3 cup Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder or extract
1 bar of ‘Happy Thoughts’ chocolate from The Chocolate Yogi
