Decadent Chocolate and Peanut Butter Mug Cake (serve 2)

3 Tablespoon Plain Flour (or use gluten-free flour or oat flour for Gluten Free option)

2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (I use crunchy peanut butter)

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (or other vegetable oil)

2 Tablespoon Cacao Powder

2 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

1/8 teaspoon Baking Powder

A pinch of Baking Soda

A pinch of Salt

4 Tablespoon Soy or your favourite Non-Dairy Milk

2 bars of The Chocolate Yogi Astral Caramel Crunch (or your favourite flavour), coarsely chopped.


  1. Stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a microwaveable mug.
  2. Add maple syrup, peanut butter, soy milk, and mix well.
  3. Add the chopped chocolate, stir, and microwave on high for 2 to 2.5 minutes.
  4. Share it with someone you love (or eat it all yourself, I won't judge!).
