'Espresso French toast'.
- 1/2 cup of Soy, almond or coconut latte (if you don't buy a coffee in the morning, just half a cup of warm vegan milk, teaspoon of instant coffee).
- 1 Banana
- 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of Vegan Butter
- 4 Thick Slices of Sour Dough Bread
- Chocolate, Berries and Maple syrup to top.
Blend coffee, cinnamon with 1 Banana.
Pour mix over thick cut pieces of sour dough bread and cover the pieces evenly.
Heat up the frying pan with Vegan Butter (I used a teaspoon of Nuttalex)
Fry the bread until golden brown on both sides.
Top with Maple Syrup, Berries, Banana, Chocolate & more cinnamon.
