Strawberry-Vanilla Yogi Smoothie bowl

Strawberry-Vanilla Yogi Smoothie bowl

Serves 1


Ingredients:

- 2 frozen bananas

- 1 cup frozen strawberries

- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract

- dash of coconut almond milk

- a handful of granola

- 2 squares of your favourite flavour of The Chocolate Yogi chocolate

- fruit of your choice for toppings, I used starfruit and pomegranate


Method:

  1. Add frozen banana, strawberries, vanilla and coconut almond milk into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy (you may need to stop a few times to scrape down the edges!)
  2. Spoon into a bowl
  3. Decorate with the granola, fruit and Chocolate Yogi chocolate. ENJOY!!
