Because our chocolate is beautiful high quality couverture chocolate, it can sometimes melt in transit during the summer months. If it melts and re-sets it might look a bit white and chalky - it is still perfectly tasty, just a bit out of temper (our chocs are rather sensitive and delicate). If you are dissatisfied with your chocs, just whirl us an email at and we will credit you for the same amount you spent. Maybe wait til it cools down to use that credit again! Orders made earlier in the week are less likely to melt from sitting around in transit. We recommend you check weather conditions for the week that you are ordering your chocolate. If conditions are fabulously warm, we suggest you don a pair of sunnies and head to your nearest Chocolate Yogi stockist until things cool down again! When you return your chocs to us we will give you a full unconditional refund (minus postage) so long as you notify us withing 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.  If we are unable to resolve your issue we will give you a refund once the goods have been received unopened.  Refunds will be processed by the same method you made payment and may take up to 7 business days.  Refunds are made at the discretion of The Chocolate Yogi.
